Check Gradebook
Go to My Gradebook (http://www.mygradebook.com) and check for missing assignments to complete.

-------------Your six digit SIS/student ID number. If you don’t know yours, please ask the substitute to look it up on the attendance paper.
Submit Work
If you complete a missing assignment, complete the Grade Concern form (http://bit.ly/eUbHLn) to notify Ms. Raquel to go back and grade your old assignments. You may fill out one form for all of your assignments.
If you just fix something in the gradebook such as an incorrect URL, complete the Not Happy with Your Grade Form (http://bit.ly/f6aJoy) to submit your work to Ms. Raquel. You must fill out one of these forms for each assignment.
