Finish Reading "The Most Dangerous Game"
-Everyone will sit on the floor to listen, follow along, and answer questions while the substitute teacher reads the text. Disruptive students will be asked to leave the group.
Periods 4-5:
Finish Reading "Contents of the Dead Man's Pocket"
Reading Groups:
- Teacher Reading (sit on the floor in the front of the classroom):
- 4th: Tierra, Joseph, Auggie, Alliyah, Chelsea, Chanda, & Heather
- 5th: Tashanna, Emilio, Kivon, Broderick, Kyrhee, Bella
- Partner Reading (sit in the back room with Ms. Raquel):
- 4th: Any and Becky, Shaurice and Marcus
- 5th: Aqua
- Individual Reading (sit on the perimeter of the classroom):
- 4th: Ray& Kelsey
- 5th: Marcos & Aryon
(Students who were absent yesterday, should read with a partner or individually to prevent disrupting the large group.)
